Getting started with CSP is simple and straightforward. Patients will have their provider send their prescriptions to us through eScribe, fax, or phone. Once our team confirms the receipt of the referral, we deliver regular updates to providers throughout the process. We can help your provider by streamlining the referral process so you don’t have to worry about it.

Medication Refill and Adherence Support

Our proactive, timely refill reminders help ensure patients never miss a dose.  

Requesting a refill
is easy.

To request a refill of your medication, use our online portal. Simply provide your prescription number and confirm the medication you’d like to refill. Once your refill is submitted and approved, we’ll prepare your medication for either pickup or delivery, according to your preference.

Ask a member of our team about receiving reminders when a refill is due! We’ll call you seven to 10 business days prior to your refill date to process. Patients can also call for refills.
