California Privacy Policy

Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CPRA”) California Specialty Pharmacy and its affiliates (“CSP” or “we”) provide the following Notice regarding the categories of Personal Information that we collect, use, and disclose about California residents.
